OUR LOCATION:
The Big Horn Cabins are located just off Hwy 16 W and Hazelton Road. Easy access 30 minutes from Buffalo yet a million miles away. When you make your reservations we will arrange to have someone take you to the cabins and get you settled in.
Check In:
CHECK IN IS 3:00-8:00 PM. If you will be arriving at different times, please let us know. We are glad to accommodate.
CHECK OUT IS 11:00 AM UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
PAYMENT:
30% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. Non-Refundable on mountain cabin and 72 hours notice required on lodge/cabin rooms. Rates shown are based on double occupancy and do not include tax. An extra charge is $20.00 per person/per night. Group discounts available.
MEALS: A basket of fresh fruit and delicious muffins or breads, coffee and juice are included with your room. Buffalo is 5 minutes away and has some of the best places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Feel free to ask about dining accommodations when you call. If you have booked the mountain cabins you will need to provide your own food and beverages. Any other meals must be pre-arranged before arrival.
NO SMOKING IN BUILDINGS OR ON PATIOS AND DECKS.
PETS ARE WELCOME. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT KIND OF PET YOU ARE BRINGING SO WE CAN MAKE THE NECESSARY ACCOMMODATIONS.
